Service Description

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in resonant sounds produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, promoting relaxation and potentially reducing stress. Please attend in comfy clothes and layers as it may get cold while you are lay down for an hour. Bring any extras like blankets, eye masks or pillows if you wish to make it a comfier experience for yourself. Mat's are provided at this venue.
